    I arrived at 6:30pm to check in and I coudn't find any staff for 15 minutes. There's never anyone at the reception desk for assistance. I work remotely and the internet was constantly going out. There is no hot tub, restaurant, or pool bar as advertised. The hotel is very close to the aiport so it is very loud every time a plane passes. I feel like I'm on the runway. I thought this hotel was in the city center. The only nice thing is that the room is quite large and the bathrom is nice and large as well. Otherwise, everything about this hotel has been a disappointment - a resort it is not!
