    Had a great stay at the hotel. Didnt expect we would get a side sea view from the high floor we were assigned to. Room is nice and clean, only complaint was there are light not turning on in the bathroom and in the room. Some area is darker because of this. Complained to the staffs but didnt get fix. Stayed only for two nights so didnt bother to escalate further. There are swimming pool at the top floor, but the area is over run by the Russian guests. Seems like they camped on the top floor after check out whilst waiting for flight at later at night. Can see some sleep on the lobby lots sleep on the swimming pool area taking out all the seating areas next to the pool. So we didnt have the chance to enjoy the facility at all. Top floor looks good though. The management need to do something about the camping behaviour of certain group of guests.

    The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the beach, just one block. The most amazing thing about the stay is the buffet style breakfast. Any other hotel can easily charge a lot of money for that breakfast. I would definately recommend.

    I stayed here for one month and the hotel was rather a disappointment. There are tons of hotel in Nha Trang, so you have many many options at this price. This hotel was decent, but the service was absolutely horrible. They ignore guests and was often rude and arrogant. One time we ordered room service, and it took them more than 1 hour and 15 minutes. When we called 5 times, each time they said it would be five more minutes, which was always lie. I wish they would not offer room service at all. The pool is very dirty, crowded, and there is often no one at the pool area to order food. Check in was unpleasant with a grumpy child who gave us our room. Overall, you should just try to find another place.
