The ceiling fan inside the room didn't work. Hot water for the shower was dead And lastly, the Internet was spotty two days no Internet

Wi-Fi was down. First night there I ordered food and got food poisoning. Ceiling fan wouldn't work. They did have coffee for you in the lobby.

Most pet friendly accommodation start to smell after a while due to the use of strong cleaning chemicals but the rooms here are kept very clean without a strong chemical smell. It is precisely what I am looking for Their dog is very cute too.

We was very disappointed! The Manager was rude! The room air conditioning system was licking over the sofa bed, Kitchen cabinets was damaged ripped off a part,Animal urine smell everywhere, We have 2 small size poodles certified highly trained service dogs . They charged extra 1000.00thb,top of my final bill! Plus extra 500thb security deposit!??! What we didn’t get back on the next checkout morning, When we requested the hotel policy, He was completely refused any information!!! Totally rip off and not loyal with the customers who’s basically paying is living expenses,stay away from this hospitality service!!
