Smoky Waters by Hosteeva

The cabin is lovely and very well appointed. The cabin is as pictured. While we didn't cook on this trip, there were plenty of pots, pans and dishes that we could have prepared a home-cooked meal. There is a very nice-looking grill on the deck. The cabin was clean inside and the beds and couch were very comfy. The hot tub is huge and was perfect on a cool night. We loved being able to sit in it and soak with a view of the river after a long day walking. The location is gorgeous! The only downside was parking. We have an SUV and it fit well enough but if we'd had a 2nd car with us I don't think there would have been enough room to park comfortably. The road up is a mountain road so it goes from paved to gravely. We're used to those types of roads so the trip was perfect for my husband and me. If you're not used to the mountain roads or if it's snowy or rainy and you don't have 4-wheel drive maybe wait for a dry weekend. Overall, I'd give this cabin 5 stars. It was clean and comfortable and communication from Hosteeva was great!

Great location. Very nice view of stream from behind cabin. Could use a new BBQ grill. Need to upgrade to Roku or app driven TV. Need to add smart TV upstairs. Add additional comfortable blankets. Overall great stay!!!

Nice Rustic setting loved to hear the creek running. Neat little cabin where we as a family enjoyed to relax. Only thing i believe should be improved is put in more the one roll of Toilet paper in the whole cabin for crying out loud. Small inexpensive items such as these is really what make a place memorable. Upgrade your Coffee maker to an actual fully functional and classical coffee maker. Again remember its the small things in life that make GREAT memories.

Very clean, comfy. Also good communication with us on the hot tub situation. Did end working after you fixed. Thank you for a good little getaway weekend.
