The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive at Primero Hotel. We were made to feel like welcomed family!! The location is perfect to explore Istanbul and within walking distance to the major sites. Restaurants around the hotel are in abundance as well. A all around wonderful experience and a great value. My thanks to everyone at Primero Hotel!! Warm Regards, Kathi and Lindsay Hammer!

I was welcomed wonderfully by Azer who gave me a brief introduction to Istanbul.
The location of the hotel was very cool, blended in the deep streets of Istanbul and in proximity of some of the most beautiful attractions as well transit services to make commuting around the city easy.
The room was perfect for a solo traveller like myself. It was cozy, clean, and reliable.
The included breakfast was probably my favourite part. It was a clean room, well set up, and perfect variety of food and drink options to kickstart your adventures.
Finally, the hotel was kind enough to store my luggage while I completed my last day in the city despite checking out early.
Overall, the location, staff, and amenities made my stay very enjoyable and provided me with great rest and recovery to be able to explore Istanbul. Highly recommend this hotel fo solo travellers, couples, and even families.
Thank you to all the staff for your wonderful service, I will be back Insha’Allah!
