    We enjoy our room. Big and spacious. It's my 3rd time to this hotel and I'm very satisfied.

    This is a budget hotel and it's right next to the beach, everything you need is within walking distance The shower is hot tye AC is cold but the bed is relatively comfortable but the desk in the chair needs to be replaced. Being that it is a budget hotel there are always going to be some things that you have to deal with yourself. This is not the Hilton but it is perfect for what it is. I think there are a few small things that they could do to make the place much better but even as it is I would definitely return. I gave them a few suggestions of what they can do to improve the hotel and I hope they take my advice. If you're looking for a place that is safe clean close to the beach has all the amenities and shops that you would need then this is place to go, also for an added bonus they are very close to the bus stations. Lastly the lady at reception was really nice she is basically willing to help you with everything you need. I recommend this place!

    We arrived 4:30pm and yet they were still cleaning the room reasoning that previous guest extended hours. Deposited 200Baht and was not able to get it because reception is not 24hrs. I called them, messaged them but no answer. They do not orient guests of their time availability. They lack customer service.
