We stayed here 7 days it was great very nice apartment family owned. Free parking which is necessary in Dubrovnik. Bed was very comfortable which is number one and first place that had Netflix which made us very happy. The bus into town was a 2 min walk and super easy there is no parking in old town but bus runs 5am-1 am and uber is only 9 eu all day. Kitchette and bathroom were very nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again

It 8-10 mins away from old town and 18 mins walk from the grocery store, the place is clean and great with a very beautiful panoramic view of dubrovnik

The place was exactly as expected and as described. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The neighbors were a little noisy late one night coming back. One of the beds (on the right) was a little creaky if the person on top moved around. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and thankful for this place!

Excellent place. The host I formed us about all we needed in order to make our stay simple and easy. There is an information book in the room that is also very helpful. Even though it is not closed to old town, taking an uber was the easiest way. I would highly recommend this place. The Subset view is stunning.

Overall a very good experience and good value for money. The only downside was the walk to and from the property towards Gruz port and Lapad, it’s extremely steep and loads of steps. The property itself and the hosts were great, small kitchen, AMAZING view and small shop nearby for basic essentials.

The apartment was nice and spacious and new. There was a nice view of the town. If you do not have transportation or you do not want to pay for a taxi or Uber every time you leave the apartment, you may want to think twice about staying here. It was uphill nearly to the top of the mountain which is what provided the amazing views!

Villa Dadic is a great option if you want to stay in Dubrovnik and need to park your car. While you have to walk a bit to reach the old town, you have the option of using Uber which is quite cheap (€7-8). Our apartament was just as described and very clean.

Villa Dadić has amazing views of Dubrovnik and the harbour from high atop a hill. Our checkin was very easy and the stay was great from start to finish. Old Town is an easy bus connection at the bottom of the hill. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This property was well kept and has a great parking lot. The view is outstanding. It is not the easiest for walking to and from, but we were able to navigate it and when we weren’t up for the strenuous hike, we took an uber.

Excellent location, very easy to find. In a city where parking is so hard to find and expensive to say the least, Apartments Villa Dadic has enough place to park 10 busses. They even offer you free parking there while you tour the city. The host is amazing and friendly and provides much needed information about the city and nearby areas of interest. 10/10 highly recommend.

We had already stayed at Villa Dadic earlier at the beginning of our trip. We were happy with the views, the cleanliness and the property manager. We were given a different appartment on a lower floor. The view was a little worse but the terrace was covered.

The road to the property is very steep up hill. It is recommended to leave car there and go by city bus to Pile gate. The bus takes 25 nin but there is no way of finding out when it leaves Old Town Dubrovnik, so it took us 15-20 min waiting to go back, onece at night and once at noon.The floor was not clean (long hair left there). Food preparation space in the kitchen is limited. No toaster or microwave. Shower is great. Owner is welcoming, good English, helpfull. Nice view from the nice terrace, spacious.

Apartments are clean and good. Not luxury, not brand new, but everything (except weak shower) was good and comfortable. I miss small stuff like shampoo and salt/paper. Probably you can get these from the owner. Host are welcoming and have several ways of communication (including whatsapp), so arraival was easy and checkin was fast.

The view is propably best one in Dubrovnik. Kitchen equipment needs a update, couldnt really cook in the kitchen. Cutting board smells so bad. The hill is super steep, we are in good shape and still was struggling. Nearest market is in the harbour about 15min walk. Overall everything was good, quiet neighbourhood

clean modern aparment on a steep hill, with amazing views to the city, very helpful owners who live on site and available to assist with any issues, helped us organize a lovely boat trip, thanks Ivana and family!

Great location away from the downtown area. Everything was in great condition. Ivana was very friendly and met us when we arrived. She gave us some suggestions on things to do in the local area. A/C worked great as the weather started to heat up when we arrived. I would like to have had a coffee pot and our little sofa only had roo for one person. It would have been nice if two people could use it at the same time. Best to take the bus to old town, about $2.50 USD.

Not so much of a problem getting to town, as its downhill leaving the villa, but if you take the bus back its a long, hard climb from the bus stop, even if youre in pretty good shape. You can Uber, but if you have data restrictions, and cannot get onto wi-fi downtown, you either have to take the bus with the climb back uphill after the bus ride, or take a taxi, about $15-$20. But remove the transport issues, and its a marvelous little place with a friendly, helpful owner. Easy check-in and check-out, too.

Nice clean apartment with an amazing view to wake up to. Really liked how friendly the owners are! They were super helpful and always there when we needed them - even baked us a cake :D
