    Accomodating staff, clean facilities with easy access to metro station. Walking distance from COEX Mall. Room is comfortable for a restful evening.

    Very functional hotel with all top notch amenities and great value for money. In a perfect location close to Samsung metro station. All offices are nearby. Very good experience.

    The sheets were dirty I use a blue light every time I go to any hotel and never had multiple stains all over the over the bed they don’t have washcloths and if you ask for washcloths are they don’t know what they are. They don’t serve their breakfast every day is only on weekends according to the staff. And when you ask for replacement sheets late at night they get them from storage that smells bad. Would never stay here again but the robot that delivers stuff to your door was cool
