The hotel was located on a very busy street with not much of a view, and the room was quite different from the photos but It was conveniently located close to downtown Varese. However, the breakfast was excellent, which made everything okay. The staff were very kind, and I would definitely recommend including breakfast if you stay here.

Fantastic hotel with excellent service: super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is really good. The stay exceeded our expectations (family of two adults and two adult children). Pet friendly too: the hotel gave us a doggy treat/goodie bag with high-quality products.
