A top notch facility with excellent staff (friendly, professional, knowledgeable) and immaculate lobby, breakfast bar and rooms. The best guest laundry facilities I’ve ever seen at a hotel! Breakfast, while not included in my room package, was delicious and overall a good value. Excellent in room amenities, too!

Great location in the heart of Worcester. By hospital so constant ambulances and sirens though.
Easy parking (pay per day) and great patio to hang outside. Lobby bar nice too. Used restaurant patio no food but service was great.
My biggest compliant was their breakfast. At checkin, was told there was breakfast from7-10am. No mention it cost anything so assumed free. I went for breakfast had cheeses, fruit and croissant and was given bill for $19.95 for the buffet. I complained to fro t desk and they pointed to a sign in lobby that says breakfast is à la carte. Didn’t do breakfast again as coffee shop / bakery across street.
