It was a pleasant stay, we would stay there again but the hotel needs updating the decor is tired and the waterflow in the shower was not good

This property is nothing like described. Our room had the tv wires and cable box hanging from the wall over the bed.. their was thick mould in the bathroom and no safety guards on the windows which opened wide over a 30ft drop. Definitely not suitable for,children, The chap on reception just said well we are not a three star hotel. They also had rooms used by recently released offenders from the local prison. They did. It think was a problem for a family. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

When we arrived at 5 pm the door was locked. We rand the intercom 3 times no answer, we phoned the hotel , left message no answer . Waited 20 minutes then the lady opened the door. No apology just booked us in . After a long journey you don’t want to be kept waiting with no idea if you will have a bed for the night. The room was clean ,bed was hard, walls were paper thin and we were kept awake with tv next door until 2 am . The room was cheap so if price was the only thing then it was ok.

Hotel was clean. Good car parking facilities. Near the motorway. We were on the 4th floor and the lift broke down but these things happen. Would eat out for supper next time though. We would stay again

We arrived late, 10pm, but still received a warm welcome from the receptionist who spoke a little English. Rooms are basically furnished and a little tired but clean and comfy enough for an overnight stop. There was shared parking at the back of the hotel. No shower curtains which always leads to wet floors and wet socks! Had 2 double rooms and the 1 on the first floor was better than the one on the 2nd.

Pleasant staff and extremely comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent - very good selection in buffet form and high quality.. The only thing that stopped it from being 5* all round was a poor wifi.
