    Finding a hotel that hits the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and genuine warmth is rare, but Royal Hotel on 19 Hang Chao has officially become my absolute go-to in Hanoi. I first stayed here as a solo traveler back in 2022 and 2023, and it immediately stole my heart. The Location is 10/10 As an active traveler, location is everything. The hotel sits right where you want to be—easily accessible by road and just a short walking distance to the historic Temple of Literature. It’s incredibly close to the vibrant energy of the Old Quarter, food stall infront available in the morning and has a WinMart convenient store just a minute walk away. Our 17-Day Vacation: The Deluxe Room We booked the Deluxe Room Every single morning, my husband and I loved catching the morning breeze out on our private balcony. Not noisy and windy. The room itself is spacious, featuring a huge, clean, and comfy bed that gave us the best sleep after long days of exploring. with free 2 Bottled water daily. Plus, the air conditioning works perfectly—an absolute lifesaver against the Hanoi humidity! The bathroom is equally massive with hair Blower and fully stocked daily with fresh toiletries, clean towels. Top-Tier Cleanliness The housekeeping here deserves a standing ovation. Coming back after a busy day to a fresh clean room is the best feeling. Huge kudos to Miss Loan! She is incredibly hands-on, meticulous, and makes sure everything is clean as requested. Heartwarming Service What really keeps me coming back year after year is the family-like warmth of the team. They can speak English, making communication easier. Miss Thien An and the other one lady front desk are helpful, accommodating, kind, and always ready with the best local recommendations on hidden food gems and places to visit. Whether you are navigating Hanoi solo or traveling as a couple, this hotel adapts to your every need. We already can't wait for our next return!

    In agoda site and agoda photos it says Royal Hotel but its NOT.. its Royal Hostel. Family room shower head broken, we need to let them fix it and its not done right away.And when the shower head was fixed, the door lock wash changed and did not even given us info that the door lock was changed, and we need to call them again us we can not access the room.. The body/shower gel/wash and shampoo/conditioner and other toilet needs are not supplied. 1 toilet roll for 3 people to use and u need to request again and again and not supplied as well.
