    The location is great with easy walkable access to shopping and food. Room is clean and comfortable with reliable WiFi and the right mix of amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall excellent value for money and location.

    Love that they had water dispenser that does both cold and hot water it's really handy. It's clean, has basic neccessities you'll need here. What i really dislike however was.. 1. Among the four hotels in Nagano, Kanazawa, Osaka and Tokyo in this trip, I felt least welcomed at this hotel. 2. Really disliked the freshener? perfume? they used in the lobbies, it was too strong and gave me a headache. 3. The "save the earth" they do here feels like they're trying to skimp on housekeeping? I totally understand and agree on only changing out toilet rolls when it's done. Also fully agree on not giving out disposable toiletries like comb, toothbrush and instead encourage customers to bring theirs (i always bring mine) but to not do housekeeping and change towels unless asked, otherwise they'll only do it every 3 days is unacceptable.
