    Good location within walking distance from the station. Room was small but is enough and very comfortable. Value for this budget. Plus there’s a local coffee shop on the second floor which has a deal with the hotel so you can grab a breakfast set there if you’ve purchased the breakfast. The coffee was great!

    Great location, only 6 min walk from JR train where you can also connect to buses for sightseeing in town. Breakfast is okay. Room is very small but this is typical for Japanese business hotel. Like the brandnew and clealiness of facilities.

    The hotel is located not too far from Morioka Station, on the west side, making it a convenient base for getting around the city. It’s also located right next to a game center, which makes the area easy to spot and adds a bit of local character to the surroundings. The staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean, well organized, and comfortable, with everything you’d expect from a reliable business-style hotel. While the room isn’t large, the layout is efficient and works well for both short stays and solo travelers. Overall, this is a solid, dependable option in Morioka; clean, comfortable, and reasonably located. A good choice if you’re looking for a stress-free stay with consistent quality.
