My stay was excellent from start to finish. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making it easy to relax. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of fresh options, and the hotel’s warm atmosphere really stands out. Special thanks to receptionist Firuza for her exceptional hospitality. I’ll definitely return here on my next trip to Bishkek!

We really looked forward to this hotel, and were not disappointed. Very nice rooms, great staff, very simple but good breakfast. Great atmosphere and decor all around. My only gripe was that the AC unit in my room was very loud and went through cycles where it sounded at times like it was about to fall off the wall - as a result, I turned it off. Probably worth fixing. Everything else was perfect. Thanks Bugu!

Quite enjoyed my stay here & would stay here again. The room was very comfortable & I liked the breakfast offerings. Across the street there is a Korean cafe (Rodem) with wonderful food & outdoor seating. Also it’s an easy walk to Chuy Prospekt from the hotel & one can easily catch crosstown buses there.
