This hotel is literally inside a castle, so you feel like royalty. They have kept the original architecture intact making it an outclass place to live history.

My stay at Khaplu Palace was pretty good overall, but it wasn't quite what I expected from a Serena hotel. If you're after a super luxurious experience, you're probably better off at Serena Hunza. This palace is really old, like decades old. There's a small TV, but only if you're not staying in the main palace area. No mini-bar, and the AC makes weird noises because of the power going up and down.
Housekeeping is just standard.
They don't do room service unless you're sick, which is a bit of a bummer.
Ghulam, Fatima, and the others at the front desk are nice. The restaurant's outdoor seating isn't great, and the whole place needs a lot of renovation. The breakfast buffet could definitely be better.

Breakfast is really bad, manager wasn’t on the floor staff told us he is sleeping. Rooms are not as comfortable as it’s high prices
