It's not often I would use the phrase "breathtaking" to describe a hotel, but Khoj truly is a diamond on it's own level. From the moment we stepped into the reception, I cannot speak more highly of this hotel. The check in staff, the bellboys. Not often you can stay at a hotel, check in within 5 mins and get to your room to find the luggage already there. Due to a delayed outbound flight, we booked a 2nd stay before arriving, so 2 seperate bookings. The 3rd night was a more expensive river edge room with hammock, but the first 2 nights were in a river facing loft chalet. We were kindly upgraded for free and it just got better and better. Room is modern, beds super comfortable, wifi pretty stable considering where you are but the real magic is in the view. Left the curtains wide open and woke to the gentle lapping of the river currents and sun tipped, snow tipped mountains. It just doesn't get better than this! We were late for breakfast (we thought it ended at 11am, not 10am) but the staff were like "no problem, we'll wait, come along". This was at 10:30am and at no point did we feel rushed or that the staff were annoyed. Food choice was decent as well. Honestly, i've stayed in many, many 5* hotels and the service levels in the Khoj Resort, bar perhaps Banyan Tree, put the rest of them to bed. Lovely hotel, do not hesitate to book. As a side note, we're a couple, lived in Dubai for 12 years, UK backround, so kinda used to the comforts.

I heard from different people that it is a very big resort, and whole day can be spent just within the resort… but sadly that’s not the case.
It’s NOT worth
Even the food was not good, and not fresh. There is a small tree garden with hammocks, and that’s that… I don’t know why they call it a resort…
