    1. Alas kaki xde depan bathroom.. bila kita minta kena caj rm5 2. Ada tv tapi tiada remote. So xboleh nak tengok tv 3. Ada acond tapi tiada remote, so sejuk atau panas, kena redho je xboleh adjust temperature 4. Ada iron tp rosak, xboleh guna. Kena bawa iron sendiri 5. Rate hotel dah termasuk semua tax tp staf masih minta byrn tax rm10 utk 1 malam. Lepas kita bertegas tu tax apa, dia turunkan jadi rm5 utk 1 malam. Sebenarnya itu bukan tax tp sustainability fee yg wajib dibayar utk kerajaan selangor ...xtau apa maksud sustainability fee tu. Anyway i bayar tp kena google caei info tu bayaran apa. Sepatutnya staf kena well verse dgn semua info ni. Sediakan rate card kat meja n explain bukan guest kena tanya chatgpt utk question tu byrn apa. 6. Staff less friendly n tutur kata kurang jelas bila minta deposit n fee.

    I was a bit deceived by the reviews on Google. The experience of sleeping in this hotel was very uncomfortable. Sorry because I have to be honest in evaluating this hotel. First of all, the room is on the 2nd floor but there is no elevator, the TV is broken, the air conditioner often turns off by itself (the timer has been adjusted), the water pressure in the toilet is quite slow and the sound is noisy. The door lock is broken, it feels unsafe, the pillow is quite hard, sorry if it was a bit disappointing for me and it came out. I hope the hotel needs to do something. There are many more things I want to bring up. I can only share pictures here. And lastly, customers have to pay tax from MBSA Rm5, which is quite strange. Not counting but I have never been to any hotel where customers have to pay tax from the city council. That's it
