This was a frustrating stay. I booked my hotel room last minute in a location near a festival. What attracted me was the room size & kitchenette. When I arrived, I asked whether I could use my Miles&More number. I was told to do it at checkout. What I was given looked nothing like what I'd booked. It was small, dirty & stuffy w/ dust everywhere & stains on the furniture. No kitchenette, no fridge, etc. I called a hotels.com representative & they let me know my room could be changed the next morning. I went to my function, came back, & rested. I awoke w/ congestion. I showered, packed, & went down to change my room. The gentleman began to say "but you stayed a night". Yea... because I arrived at 2130 & had somewhere else to be. It turns out, they'd put me into the wrong room. I can only assume an assumption about me was made because I paid for a specific room. He asked if I had proof there was a problem with the room. I showed him pictures. Either way, it was the wrong room. I changed to the correct room & it was COMPLETELY different. You couldn't have convinced me that these were the same hotel. However, as soon as I checked the bedding, they're were boogers on the bedding. The backup/extra blanket had what looked like blood stains. I called down for a new blanket & was assured someone would come get the old ones the next morning. They didn't. When it came time to check out, they refused to add my Miles&More number. I don't think they expected me to speak up about my room.

Standard as expected. Their WEB page says that receptions was closing at 10PM, but I had no problems arriving at 12PM. Still people there. Rooms are clean and nice. Rooms are in a different building, 20 meters next to the reception. Fresh and new bathroom is always a plus. No surprises.

Excellent hotel with an amazing breakfast layout. Worth every penny. Awesome service as well. Highly recommend!

This is a great hotel with a kitchenette. I can highly recommend it.

Kitchenette was nice. Would have been better to also include a microwave. I like being able to cook my own meals. Sometimes a quick meal is needed. Having to go down to the community area to use the microwave was inconvenient.

What a fantastic stay! it’s a clean and nice hotel, located across a supermarket and near Sensapolis. We had a very nice stay. The reception was very helpful. Highly recommend!

I love it, its really clean, I love the mini kitchen in there, with coffee, dishes , no need to have a drink out of a plastic cup. When ever we visit Stuttgart Im going to book this one again

Great hotel. Quiet and near grocery stores. Would stay again.

Hotel is brand new, very clean, has a small kitchen with tap, oven, frigobar and pans/plates/glasses/cutlery.

Perfect place to stay on a roadtrip, or as a basis to visit and explore Stuttgart (assuming you have a car). Good service, rooms have everything you need, interesting breakfast concept. Area isn't interesting at all - but that's not the reason to stay here (unless for work I guess). Great value for money.

Absolutely LOVED this accommodation. Brand new, spacious rooms, kitchenette, fridge and AC. 20mins from Stuttgart but worth the drive. Would definitely recommend. :)

Great place, great rooms and decor, friendly service but location not so much. It’s in the middle of industrial area with lots of derelict and closed down outlets and malls. It’s 15 min walk to the S-bahn station and it takes 45-60 minutes to get to Stuttgart by train. But if you don’t care about location or close proximity to the city - it’s an awesome place to stay and I’d highly recommend it.

The property was hard to find. It’s colocated with another hotel and has a difficult to find entrance. No restaurant in this property, but one is located next door. No free breakfast. Room was fine and quiet though.

We stayed with family. The room had more than enough space and everything were new. We were happy to stay there. The sign to indicate parking place was really confusing, but we could reach finally.

I thought the parking and breakfast was complimentary but found it wasn’t when I checked out. Other than being slightly mislead, it was an amazing room.

Very comfortable and clean room. Enough space for3 adults - large full (2 double) bed, andcouch was comfortable for 3rd. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. A little tricky to find front desk, as property is accessed through another neighboring hotel. Common kitchen is a nice touch if you are staying for a while. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet, very clean, great amenities in room, can even cook! Very well-equipped room. Great coffee in reception. Very glad we booked this place.
