    Perfectly situated in the city the hotel provides excellent accommodation and dining experience . Easy access to all the main tourist attractions including the Makka Market and Dal lake

    My wife and I half planned a rush week long trip around Kasmir. Day 1 was Amritsar to Srinagar. Timings were hard to judge but I thought it would be a 11 or 12 hour day. We found 4 points by following the Highway into Srinagar. Their locations was on the way into town and easy to find. On arrival about 830 pm our reservation was confirmed and we were offered Kashmiri Tea and water for the few minutes it took to process us in. The room was clean, spacious, European power points, good wifi and a wonderful hot shower. Downstairs in the dining room the staff were exceptional. Food ranged from local, to international. We went local lamb curry rice and salad which hit the spot. Four Points is a lovely arrival point on your way to explore Kashmir.

    We are a family of four, visiting Srinagar for the first time and were really looking forward to a memorable experience. With that in mind, we chose a hotel with a good reputation, hoping it would live up to its standards. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short of expectations. While the building appeared quite old from the outside, the lobby was actually quite nice and up to the standard we expected. However, things went downhill from there. We were given an upgrade to a suite in one of the rooms, which turned out to be a major disappointment. The suite was simply larger in size, but in terms of quality, comfort, and amenities, it was far from what we would expect from a suite. The other room we booked was decent, but considering the price we paid, it still didn’t offer good value for money. Overall, the hotel didn’t live up to its reputation or its own standards. We expected much more for the price and the brand’s reputation. Would not recommend for families seeking a truly enjoyable stay in Srinagar.
