The hotel is conveniently located opposite Gate No. 10 of Dal Lake, and the location was perfect. Both the rooms, including the bedspread, pillow covers and towels were clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the lake. I could even go out for a walk around 11:00 PM after dinner and enjoy the atmosphere by Dal Lake. The area was still lively at that hour, with plenty of people around, so I felt safe even as a solo female traveler. The hotel staff were polite, helpful, and cheerful, making my stay even more pleasant. The food at the hotel's restaurant was also delicious and worth trying. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Srinagar.

We were a group of 12 people and had booked six rooms from your website.Pictuers of rooms on your website are very luxurious but actual rooms they give us are very old and stinky.There are cockroaches and ants in the room.
