Everything is good. We are happy to stay there. Location is pub area, but the room is quite, our child sleep well every night.

The taphouse is located on a street with many bars w billiards and great night life, even so, the room was quiet at night. I was pleased with the cleanliness and "pool view". Short 5 minute walk to the beach, super close to dining, night market and van station. Enjoyed my weekend here!

My second stay here and in the same room too (room 15). The room is basic, but comfortable. There's a double bed, a sofa, chair and table to work on, a fridge and a wardrobe. The sofa makes staying in the room extra comfortable for extended periods. The bed has a firm mattress, but comfortable. The duvet is thin by Thai standards, but I just have the AC at a higher temperature. The amount of space for the price paid is excellent. The bathroom has recently been updated and drains much better. The grounds have also been improved for better arrangement of the loungers. Kudos to the management for improvements. The price of the room is outstanding for what you get.
