    My Favorite Hotel in Bangkok – Always a Pleasure to Stay Here! I have been a loyal guest at Sore Hotel Silom for many years, and whenever I visit Bangkok, this is always my hotel of choice. I truly love staying here, and it has become my home away from home. The hotel offers everything I need for a comfortable stay. The beds are spacious and comfortable, the BTS station is just a few steps away, and there are plenty of restaurants and food options nearby, making it incredibly convenient to get around and enjoy the city. What makes this hotel truly special, however, is the wonderful staff and management. Everyone is so kind, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The service is consistently excellent, and I always feel well taken care of whenever I stay here. It is rare to find a hotel that makes you want to return year after year, but Sore Hotel Silom is definitely one of them. I always enjoy my stays here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. Thank you to the entire team and management for your continued hospitality and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok! ❤️

    Came back to this hotel because it was such good value. Easy to access the BTS, a pool on the rooftop and great street food outside on weekdays. Thanks for a great stay, will see you next time!

    The location and price are without a doubt the highest plus points. It's less than 2 minutes from the Chong Nonsi BTS and it's priced very affordably. The staff are also very friendly and the cleanliness is perfunctory although you can tell that the building itself is quite old. The walls are quite thin and I was basically woken up very morning by the cleaning services around 9am without fail. The air-conditioning is functional albeit not ideal because they use have units instead of a central air-conditioning unit so most of the cool air is centered on the bed itself. They provide pretty weak hair-dryers, no toothbrush/toothpaste and most importantly, they do not have charging ports next to the bed. Their charging ports are also the local type which means you will need a universal adapter or get a local charger which is what I did. Of course, some would say you get what you pay for and hence, this is not a complaint and just a review for future potential stays that although this hotel is rated as a 4-star hotel, the room amneities in itself are closer to 3 or even 2 stars. I cannot speak for the rooftop bar or pool as I did not use those amneities nor the the supposed gym available but they do have luggage deposit for when I checked out earlier than my flight which I think is quite common amongst 3-star hotels and above.

    Nice location but I don't like the smell of the room. Also, the pool no longer looks maintained. Looks rusty. But is real good if you just need a cheap place to stay
