Dave & Patrick are first class hotel operators . The room was spotless clean , nice bathroom all the amenities you need . Breakfast everyday was over the moon , never the same always delicious . The pool is heated and beautiful . The property is stunning . Looking forward to returning .

Clean room, comfortable king bed, excellent breakfasts, warm pool, wonderful hosts! We also took a tour with them to see the flamingos in Celestun...it was superb. Highly recommend this quaint, deluxe B&B.
