    The hotel room service staff lady was quite rude and not helpful. Request the hotel to look into it. It is such a shame for a hotel of this standard.

    We had a lovely stay here, Bedrooms are very clean & bed is very comfortable The only negative thing i have to say is maybe have a toaster to toast for breakfast in the morning.

    We spend 2 nights here & were satisfied with the room size & cleanliness. A few restaurant near the hotel and you can easily take taxi to Kozahan market for 200 lira. Car parking is also provided and just next to the hotel. Breakfast quite good but I wish they have omellete too.
