I have traveled to over 60 countries and frequently stay in hotels and hostels, and I have to say that this was my absolute worst experience that I can remember. The hostel itself is dark and cramped. The maze of dark hallways is a dangerous fire hazard and I am surprised that it passes code. I had a very negative experience with the management double charging me, as well. They changed their justification/story a few times, but the one that they settled on was not plausible, and even if true, was not a proper justification to keep my money. It was the kind of customer service experience that sadly is somewhat common in the Netherlands; way more focus on trying to prove they are "right" than putting the customer first. They also have a mold or fungus problem in their shower as I developed some kind of minor rash. I normally love a good hostel; I stayed at King Kool one night of my visit and they were amazing: better location, courteous staff and location, way more spacious, and better amenities. In short, do not stay here, stay at King Kool.

The hostel is very small. All room don't have windows . In case there is a fire , it will be very dangerous and very crowded and bad smell. I will not recommended the hostel.

The hostel was very clean, including the toilets and bathrooms. The bathrooms were also spacious. However, the bedrooms were quite cramped. It's impossible to sit up in bed because of the low headroom.

It was comfortable one

The staff was wholesome. Rey receptive and friendly.They answered all my questions and they were polite.Customer relations, top-notch.Any other thing is great!

For my first time outside the UK (ever), I went visiting a friend in Den Haag. I picked this place deliberately as I've been hosteling before in the UK, so I was expecting an experience I'd never forget, and I got one. The hostel staff, Dennis, Marcel and Younis, along with Amy and her colleagues and the other guests, were welcoming and kind. Even though I had problems throughout the week, they managed to take it in their stride and be as helpful as they possibly could. It was an adventure being here, different people every day, a new country, a new environment, and a lot of people who I would consider calling friends now. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

This hostel was excellent value for money. I simply needed a place to sleep while I visited den haag. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I was shown the facilities by staff and shown how to access the building after hrs. I had no issues with my stay. I deliberately left my bed looking messy so any new comers would know it was taken but I have stayed at other hostels where the beds are numbered and allocated to people so they know which bed to use. A friend came back to find someone in his bed. A genuine mistake as he left his neat and tidy.
