Nice facility centrally located. Rooms were clean. But any requests with staff for anything takes lots of time to be attended.

Kind staff,unusual design,mixed feelings about the cleaning but bed was good. Bathroom no storage.I really likedthe food but wife had upset after buffet. Who knows?

Pros:
* Clean, well maintained rooms
* Good food, great variety for vegetarians.
* Amazing hospitality at Vista. In fact all staff were really good.
CONS
The swimming pool and sports facilities are all part of the Amanora club and are accessed by everyone, not just the guests staying at the hotel. Nowhere has this been openly mentioned.
We went to the pool expecting a beautifl pool like the one shown in the picture. However, the pool was filled with 50-60 children learning how to swim as well as coaches blowing their whistles. Definitely not the kind of ambience or experience we wanted. The the passage to the pool is filled with parent sitting waiting for the kids to finish the swim class. It was noisy and chaotic and not a relaxing pool experience one wants on a holiday.
The table tennis table has just been put on the second floor passage and you have to hunt for staff to give you the rackets and ball if you want to play. The carrom and chess room is very depressing too.
Nowhere has it been specified that these facilities are part of the club facilities and is misleading on the part of the property. They have so much space, they should make another pool with better view and ambience for guests staying here rather than having them share club amenities.
