    I have been coming to woodsprings for over 2 years.And I love love their rooms the cleanliness the staff. They are accommodating if you aren't me. For the 1st time I had a bad interaction with an employee at the front desk. I watched her accommodate someone before me in switching rooms.But when I asked she said no when I showed her pictures of what I had booked , she said too dad. Extremely disappointed and feel they ,"woodsprings" should offer me something to amend this situation.

    Great place to stay. Just need to bring your own coffee pot, toaster and hair dryer. There is a two burner stove, microwave, dishwasher and full-sized refrigerator. Place is clean, well located and spacious.

    The room was dirty, I brought my own disinfectant to clean things off before using like the pull out table and bedside table, bathroom, counters, and the window was caked with black dust/debris. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, didn't come with a comforter- just sheets!! For the price paid, absolutely not worth it.
