not our first time in hotel as we yearly go back to KRK and stay there - it is in quite yet central location, great, great... great breakfast!!! rooms a specious and all is clean. recwption stuff very helpful, breakfast stuff super nice

This was our third stay (previous two were in 2021 and 2022) and the (apart)hotel is still amazing: good location, ultra clean, well maintained and comfy rooms, with amazing breakfast and above expectations pleasant staff. Yes, sure, parking could be included in the price (it’s extra 60 PLN/night) and they could offer bathrobes for the wellness center, but even without those, it’s still more than worth staying at.
All in all, hotel offers superb value for money and I most honestly recommend it! : )
P.s “late” check out (noon) is also cool!

Had a wonderful time at the property. It is located very close to tram station and it take 2 to 3 mins to reach the station. The breakfast was also very good. Only thing missing in room was a smart TV. They have a tv but it shows only satellite channels.

Room from 1st floor to 4th floor
For room ending with 16 to 20.
sample room 120.
One side kitchen fumes and the other side tram noise, both fumes n noise non stop.
Breakfast staff told us service finish at 10am, so we should stop eating and get out.
As they have to prepare small restaurant for lunch service. The real breakfast room was rented out. So hotel guest have to used smaller restaurant BAD CUSTOMER PR.
