The pre-check-in communication ensured our room was ready, and a kind and helpful person was available to meet us. The in-room coffee (stocked daily) was a nice treat. The room was immaculate and comfortable, and the common areas were well-kept. Highly recommend!

Plus points, charming, small, family run hotel in quiet location close to town centre. Breakfast was very impressive!
Minus points, very little storage space (no drawers in bedroom or shower room). Family on site speak very little english.
