    Stayed here for a few nights and enjoyed every bit of it. The public bath was great + free popsicles in the top floor.

    When I tried to get into bed at 1 a.m., I found a towel inside the bed that did not belong to me—clearly something someone had left behind. I felt that the hotel’s housekeeping was very careless, and to be honest, I was inclined to change hotels immediately. I called the front desk, requested a replacement of the bedding, and was told that I would receive an explanation of the situation at checkout. However, the staff member at checkout claimed that they had “received no such message.” I was astonished and checked out, but later I received a call from the hotel with an apology. Unfortunately, the explanation was vague and lacked sincerity. Ultimately, the cause of the incident was that a staff member failed to address the fact that a housekeeping towel had gone missing. However, the hotel’s biggest mistake was that the checkout staff did not fully recognize the need to explain what had happened and why. Regrettably, I no longer intend to stay at this hotel or within this hotel chain. If you are looking for a properly cleaned and well-maintained hotel, this is not the place I would recommend.

    We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The onsen bath was relaxing and had great views of the city. The room was a little small but overall we were comfortable.

    Didn't like that room cleaning and change of towels only upon request via room TV which was not easy to navigate in Japanese language.. Room cost is high compared with other similar chain hotels.
