The room is very clean but small. The breakfast is so so but the local owner is super friendly. We enjoy the 2 nights stay.

The property manager, Lady, was so helpful. She helped arrange tours for us and gave us information about what to do.
Finding the place was a little difficult, as Waze didnt map it out correctly (initially I used Mountain Faro Hotel as it was named in expedia) so i had to stop and google address and remap with a different name. I used Mountain Faro B&B and waze mapped icorrectly then.
Also office was closed when we arrived at 7pm. I had to find contact info on expedia to reach owner. She answered and got us situated. Just fyi..sonyou know to call ahead tonlet her know time you will arrive.

Good value for money for an hotel in Monteverde. Close to downtown (5 min walks). Outstanding personnel that will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. For that alone this hotel is worth staying.
Everything was clean and in working conditions. The beds could be upgraded (they are springs).
