The property was good and a good location with a beautiful view of the ocean. Staff was friendly. It’s a VIP hotel but I didn’t receive any of the perks that were offered which was a big disappointment because I booked this hotel specifically for the perks.

The staff was extraordinary! Always asking if we needed anything or if we were content. The actual Pousada was incredible. One of the best I have ever stayed at. Stunning views, great food, only downside is no alcohol but the staff got some delivered to us which was great! We stayed in an ocean view room and it was definately worth every penny!! I will for sure be coming back here I loved every minute of my stay!! Also super super close to the beach.

The stay was perfect. The staff was very friendly and very service minded. They do not have anything in the mini bar in the room, but they do sell beverages at the reception, though not any alchoolbeverages, but you are free to bring them at no cost. The breakfast was conducted with a great view of the sea.
