    Overall, I would say that many of the facilities that I would’ve described as dismal upon my initial arrival have been quickly improved with the renovations and cleaning adjustment. Most of the staff is absolutely lovely save for the decrepit crash out of an old man seen behind the desk or bowing leaves at times. He’s strangely rude, argumentative, non accommodating, & I’m honestly not sure why he’s allowed to interact with customers at all. He surely needs to be hidden in an office somewhere. I’m sure he’s lovely to some, but it’s very strange for a grown man to take simple request such as cleaning so personally, I’ve never had someone take me so outside of my character in frustration. Aside from that and a bit of lack of attention to details when it comes to the cleanliness of the rooms, I do have to say this property has made improvements. I would just be wary and inspect your room upon arrival.

    Breakfast has no meats, everything else ok at breakfast. Room had no heat, staff gave us portable heater which helped.

    First impressions are good until you get to your room and wake and see it in the light. They are filthy. I gave them multiple chances to clean to the point where I literally had to bake for them to vacuum underneath the bed, which had trash from far before I stayed there and was still there after they said they deep cleaned the room.. the picture of the child said does not even do justice to the amount of caked dirt and dust and mold and debris, and whatever else was behind the curtain my baby went behind the curtain for a total of two seconds to play, peekaboo and emerged, absolutely covered in whatever this substances and then they claimed that it was a one off mistake and they would deep clean it, but the room that they moved me to also had completely dust cover curtains which they blamed on renovations, but if you’ve done so much renovations then why is the room so nasty. When I brought up my valid complaints, I was completely disrespected and made to feel as if I was being uppity for wanting basic cleanliness. Just…don’t stay here. Maybe for one night it’s fine but they’re filthy and not accommodating and will treat you badly for having simple standards. Oh and the beds don’t have mattress covers ! 🤢
