First of all, the staff here is really nice. Also, I hate complaining.
However, the hotel is under major construction and this was not revaled until my arrival. I arrived at night as a solo female traveler. I felt unsafe outside in the poorly lit parking area.
I booked a king room and was given two queens. Dust is EVERYWHERE. The room was not clean, there were crumbs and dust (?) on the floor. I had to clean all the surfaces with lysol wipes. ALL THE SURFACES. The furniture looked like it was disintegrating. I slept on the bed in my sleeping bag because, who knows. I could not find a functioning ice machine. There were also roaches scuttling about in the bathroom. The bedskirt looked like it had vomit on it. I had a horrible, uncomfortable time and had to teach for 8 hrs the next day... I did not rest.
I left 2 nights early and booked a different hotel.
Again, the staff was nice. But were unable to give a refund and were dismissive of my complaints.

We stayed overnight while waiting for our RV to be ready. Nice, clean, convenient hotel. Front desk was very helpful. Housekeeping kept everything nice and neat

The door did not have a lock, the mini fridge had some brown stuff in it and the bed stand had mold on it or some other white stuff. The front desk also charged us for a service dog. I would not stay again
