I booked for 2days stay. But stayed only one night had to accompany a friend to Chennai.

Staff and services were beyond expectation. Good quality food at the roof restaurant. The trainees, be it at the reception or at the restaurant, are more proactive and helpful than the permanent staff. The trainee at the reception was keen to help me with my taxi booking, while the trainee at the restaurant would always check if we needed something. We really enjoyed that.
The only con was the recurrent noises from upstairs (we were on the 3rd floor).

People go by the food provided or the unlimited breakfast that some hotels like Khanna provide. I give importance to hygiene and cleanliness of the room and I was pretty disappointed with the Old sheets, stained towels, dysfunctional phone and poor water drainage in the bathroom in the room that was provided to me. I may have to seek another hotel when I visit this city again.
