An unexpected GEM. Each and every staff member was super helpful and had great advice. The property and, specifically, the room was very clean. Easy access to downtown and all the tourist stops. Breakfast was awesome with lots of protein available. We loved the availability of good clean drinking water - at anytime of the day day/night. The welcome we received the minute we walked in was great with a ton a useful information. This place is great - a definite spot we'll return to. Tons of services available - all you have to do is ask. Massages, laundry, tours, etc. - just ask.

The breakfast was fantastic! Johann is a wonderful and super helpful host! He went above and beyond to help us find places of interest and even gave us bath caps and towels to enjoy the thermal pools. Highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay in Baños. Beautiful views from all windows, excellent breakfast, great staff. The only issue is that it is a bit far from the town itself. With cheap taxi and bus fares fares this is easily taken care or. I will definitely return next time I'm here.
