    When you get here, they walk you to a separate building that has disgusting rooms and then they sell you an upgrade, which you take because the other room is so bad. Around 1500 baht for that. Then they give you the room that you originally selected on their site. A guy at the counter was going through the exact same thing as me. In the original room the bathroom door was rotten on the bottom, pieces of missing floor tiles in bathroom and the sink had a big crack in it. The bed sucked and there were 2 chairs that looked like the cushions had been peed on many times. Agoda if I were you I would remove this listing.

    Terrible cleanliness — would not stay again I booked a superior room, and the standard was terrible. Regardless of the price, a hotel room should at least be clean. The rooms I was shown were filthy, and I had to change rooms several times before finally getting one I was happy with. That is completely unacceptable. The air conditioning smelled damp, the lift was disgusting, and the corridors and doors were filthy too. The poor cleanliness wasn’t limited to the rooms. After seeing the condition of the place, I even used bottled water in the iron because I didn’t feel comfortable using water from the tap. I wasn’t expecting luxury, just somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep. Having to go through several rooms to find an acceptable one was ridiculous, especially when I had booked a superior room. A very disappointing stay, and I would not return.

    When I opened the room door two mice ran across the room into a hole in the wall. The attached photos of the elevator and the room show in detail how run-down, filthy and broken the furniture and furnishings are. The smell is bad. There is no WiFi in that building that I can get into.
