Gia was the name of the girl who signed us in and she was very nice. It was at 9-10pm at night, and there was a long line up of people. She managed this line up with great patience and courteousness. She was thorough and efficient with tasks she had to accomplish in a timely fashion. I was quite pleased with her service, as I called her earlier in the day to confirm my Expedia reservation. She also gave us the room I requested.
The hotel room was spacious and clean. We were able to get a good sleep. This motel is as aesthetic as some places but it's completely functional and we got what we needed to get done in Phoenix with great comfort.
