You pretty much get what you paid for considering the cost. Room was clean and there is a bed and a private shower/ toilet.

I was worried to query the service, but I didn't get an answer, so I didn't get any information when I made my reservation. It was pretty quiet outside and very dark when we first arrived in Boracay. It's disappointing since the electricity is only available from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and you have to pay $500 till you get your money back if something goes wrong. That way, we find out about something before it's too late. Since I made the reservation for my friend, I brought one of my sleeping friends. He enjoys the room and is OK. Thanks

A drunk person tried to open our room and told us that he is a friend of the owner... since there is no guard on duty, our security is at stake... we called the owner but did not made any actions and told us that it's a random guy. Also on our last night there was an electrical outage ... After 15 mins most of the neighbors have electricity but ours does not and we need to contact them again about it.... they told us that they forgot to turn on the connection .... sooo disappointing

Near the beach front... small room and the amenities like comfort rooms is not so clean...no hot and cold shower...cable tv is not so clear reception..with leak on aircon...the noise of other room is audible at my room...towel is not clean.
