    The room is very dirty and dusty. And I got virus in my eye from the dirtiness of the bed and pillows

    I got the room with dirty washrooms. Someone used them before we entered in the room. There was empty water bottles in the room and once I asked them to clean the room or change the room, they did not do anything and after that, I got my room changed, but in the next room, the water heater wasn’t working so everywhere I go in this hotel was disappointment cleanliness was clearly not their first priority

    The location is genuinely excellent — right near the beach and fishing spots, which was the main reason we chose it. The rooms are spacious and well-sized for a family stay. However, the experience had some clear gaps. Check-in was promised at a certain time but we only received our room 2 hours late despite arriving on time — not a great start. But Later check out was delayed by 2 hours. The apartment servicing was requested but not done properly, and towels were promised by staff but never delivered. The maintenance team was called for a broken flush button, and while the technician was polite and responsive, the issue could not be fixed as the replacement part was simply not available — a basic maintenance oversight. On the noise front, the nighttime entertainment with singing and dancing was quite loud and disruptive, which is worth knowing if you're traveling with family or young children. On the positive side, the staff across the board were genuinely warm, helpful and professional — a real highlight. The maintenance guy deserves a special mention for his polite manner despite not being able to resolve the issue. The ACs however were not cooling efficiently which was noticeable given the late May heat. Overall a property with great potential and a fantastic location, but management needs to tighten up on room readiness, housekeeping follow-through, and basic maintenance stock.
