its a low price with enjoying the comfort in higher level of experience very commendable budget price but quality room

So starting with the rating I will give 4 out of 10 ratings I will start with con because of the receptionist name shahad or I don't know Cons 1 so starting with parking you have parking issue you won't get parking easily because hotel is in market place. 2 The receptionist name *** or I don't know omg she has such a attitude problem think she over everyone else even over the guests, she showed lot of attitude and talking in slow and using accent as if she is on drugs and thinks working for free and doesn't have manner how to talk a guest you should hired professional I was still patient till then what she said, next part I will Continue after talking about the room 3 the room we first got was *** which was smelling bad as hell it was clean but it smelled alot, so I went to receptionist telling her i have issue with my room then another customer came asking about room at the same time, I said it's smelling bad first she ignored me then I again repeated it's smelling like very bad she asked smelling of smoke or what I said no it's different smell which is very bad she raised her shoulder and question me so? I said so? I then said so you need to give me another room then in attitude she told the housekeeping to check what happened while the customer left then she blamed me suddenly because of you the customer left..... I was like really? And I m not the customer? First of that was potential customer and second thing I was guest because I booked the room so the priority should be me or the customer? She is Blaming me? Or because he Is saudi and I m non saudi she felt like she can say anything ? Then I became angry how can you say that am I not guest or what how dare you say that this how you talk with guest? I asked tell me you name because I will write nice review about hotel Then the security came asking me what happened what happened what's wrong I told him she is saying me like this showing me attitude then suddenly she said you go go go you are too much and I showed to the security see how she is talking I am too much? I asked for her name so that I can complain she refused to give her name then the housekeeping guy *** came apologizing too me and said sorry sir ignore her I will help you whatever you need this is how you trained your front office staff? Then I got the *** room which was good but the floor was sticky used too much cleaning chemical and didn't wiped after wards with water which made it sticky. Seriously the experience was really bad because of that one woman you should background check I think she do drugs. Remove her from receptionist because you will loose customer For pros 1 rooms are big 2 everything is new 3 the housekeeping staff is helpful 4 location is good. 5 affordable good option for the price I paid *** for 1 night stay
