    We stayed here for a wedding on a Saturday. The sheets/beds were clean.. everything was stocked as it should be, then we looked in the bathroom...Red floor Tiles that looked it was a murder scene... Hair in the sink and lo and behold, a dead fly sitting in the bottom of the toilet...Find this odd since cleaners usually CLOSE the lid after cleaning so fail to see how a fly had been there that long to sink!?.... Tricky entrance off Patterson road.. 1st driveway is to reception (locked at night) 2nd entrance is to overflow car park, which if you missed the first, you then have to re-enter Patterson road via a slip then turn around and ANOTHER slip to make the correct entrance. Staff were pleasant and other than the above mentioned was ok... Price does not reflect the quality.. We stayed at Crown Promenade the week prior for around the same price!

    Had no issues, it was clean and tidy and the staff are friendly.

    Hotel location not to bad,but the price was not match with the hotel facilities and value,the hotel look very old and toilet was bad and so on…the price nearly ***/d i can get better hotel than this “3-4 stars”,so i not really recommend I rate this hotel as “1-2 stars”
