My friend Brandon and I had a great experience, and the woman who assisted us during check-in was wonderful. Although it was a bit busy when we arrived, she provided excellent customer service. Please consider giving her a raise. Thank you!

Would have got better score, because I like the staff and the night front desk clerks. But this time we had to endure cold showers and I mean cold, not cool, Cold!
