The hotel was perfectly located in Porto San Paolo. Laura, Francesca, and Danielle were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. And swift to reply to emails before we arrived, answering all our Qs.
We experienced a couple of minor issues in our room, but these were resolved promptly and without any fuss.
The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable – I had the best sleep on them! We stayed in the studio apartment, which was spacious and very cosy. The breakfasts were delicious!
One suggestion would be for the hotel to compile a list of recommended restaurants, which could easily be printed and handed out to guests.
It would also be helpful to include local bus routes and timetables, as services are infrequent. And also including which beaches need to be booked in advance (we didn't do that in the end, to be honest, as there so many outstanding beaches to visit). Providing this information in advance would be a great added touch. Sort of like a welcome pack. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
