No problems atall better then what i was expecting to be honest, nice and clean and everyone always happy to help also room service for surgery patients 😊

The facilities themselves are what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. You can tell they cut a few corners here and there, but overall the physical aspects of the hotel weren’t the issue. The real disappointment was the service, particularly from one receptionist, Halit (if I recall his name correctly). From the moment we arrived, we felt extremely unwelcome. I understand that misunderstandings happen. In our case, we were given two single beds instead of a double.... Not a very big deal.. but a professional hotel should handle such situations with empathy and effort. Instead, he seemed like he couldn't care less... As if we're an annoyance. He wanted to just tell us the rules and get rid of us as quickly as possible. His tone and body language made it feel as though we were being done a huge favor by being allowed to stay there at all. This attitude was more or less the same the entire time. We called the hotel five times with questions before our trip, and no one ever answered. I even sent an email that never received a reply. On the other hand, another receptionist named Koray was much better. The difference was so stark that when he came to our room and u heard him from behind the door I thought okay he's speaking respectdully. Perhaps I judged him too harshly..... only to realize it was a different person entirely. The rest of our stay was fine — the pool area was nice, and there’s even a parrot on site, which was a fun touch. But overall, if you’re deciding between this hotel and another 4-star property, I would strongly recommend choosing the other one. The service here simply does not match the standards expected of a 4-star hotel.
