    I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Its location is very convenient, as it is close to public transport and the city centre, making it easy to get around. One thing to note is that cars cannot reach the hotel directly—you will need to walk about 200 meters from the nearest pick-up point. The hotel is situated in a lively market area, which adds to the local charm and atmosphere. However, once you step inside, the ambiance completely changes—it is calm, beautiful, and very inviting. I really loved the overall feel of the place and would definitely recommend it.

    I do not recommend this hotel. The hotel is located inside/near a market area, and the surroundings did not feel safe or comfortable, especially at night. The parking situation was also very unclear. The listing showed that parking was available, but it was not clearly stated that the parking area was operated separately and required an additional high fee. Hotel staff first confirmed that it was the hotel’s parking area, but later said they could not interfere with the parking fee. Their explanations were contradictory and the issue was not handled professionally. Because of this misleading parking information and the uncomfortable surroundings, we checked out after only one night even though we had booked three nights. No proper solution or refund was provided for the unused nights. Overall, the location, staff attitude, parking issue, and lack of support were very disappointing.
