    I had a great stay at Sta. Barbara Residence Hotel. The place was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. I also loved the location since it's in the city, making it easy to book an Uber or catch a taxi to nearby malls and other attractions. There are also plenty of convenience stores within walking distance, which was very convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The air conditioning wasn't working very well, so the room wasn't as cool as I had expected. The hot and cold shower also needs attention, as the hot water wasn't working properly, making it difficult to enjoy a warm shower. I hope these issues can be fixed because they would make the stay even more comfortable. Aside from these concerns, everything else about the hotel was excellent.

    Our family and inlaws have been a loyal customer. The in-laws always prefers here when they come home from abroad and its a long term stay. Years back, visitors can easily come and visit the place until 10pm. Now, they have a new policy where visitors are still allowed but to be charge 200pesos per head if exceeding the minimum visitor limit. As a loyal customer it was a bit disappointing where they easily charge you even your visitors didn’t stay VERY long. As a Filipino who loves to be with the family esp those who are OFWs, St Barbara is actually the ideal place especially how big there rooms are but with their new policy about 200 pesos per head? It’s quite expensive for a hotel where there’s no much amenities to offer. Mostly you are inside the room since it’s only a building. So either you still choose st barbara but instead meet your family somewhere else OR you book a place where you can do a lot of things, a pool and no over priced fee for your visitors who stays less than 2hrs but still charged you for 200pesos per head. Good thing the front desk and guards were polite.
