It's hard to beat the location of this property, and because of that it would be a five star even if everything else were significantly worse. The manager (owner?) is less service oriented than we would like, but have nothing to compare against in Vienna, so perhaps this is standard. By way of representative example, you can not control the thermostat yourself, and have to call the manager to change it remotely. The charge to clean is also absurdly high. But there was no issue bad enough that we felt worth removing a star. And really, it's a fantastic location.
