Best Ibis Budget I've stayed in, comfortable bed, spacious room, good breakfast.

Room sizes are okay for France. My room barely had space to go around but my kid's room was more spacious and so was their bathroom compared to mine. The elevator going to the section of my rooms was under renovation but it was so frightful that my 15 year old daughter was scared to ride it. Not to exaggerate but it looked similar to how mommys were wrapped in Egyptian times. The shower grout showed areas of mold. Needs some super cleaning or renovation.

Fine budget hotel. We stayed 6 days and traveled with the car. It’s 20 mins away from Disney. We didn’t use public transportation , but there’s a bus stop 2 mins away by foot near the hotel. Quick( fastfood) is near the hotel. Nearest shopping mall is 10 mins away with the car. The hotel is located in a somewhat industrial environment, so there isn’t anything to do nearby. Check in/out went smooth. Some people at the desk were friendly, some were not so. Would book again for a 1 or 2 stays to visit Disney.

Great stay, we used the hotel as a stop over before and after our stay at Disneyland Paris. Lovely attentive staff. Nice hotel. Wish there was more plug sockets though- our room only had 1 but that was my only gripe.

The hotel is OK, but transportation to and from Paris centre is difficult. The train stops to run quite erarly and it is a long walk. But if you are just going to Disneyland the location is fine. Parking was quite full and area around not a place to leave your car.

Heating was not working! In addition to the heating problem, we had a bad experience with the hotel receptionist also. After we checked-in and paid at the reception, we went up to our room on the 4th floor. We turned on the thermostat. Cold air starts to blow immediately. We waited for more than 15 minutes, but nothing changed. I went to the reception to check. The receptionist first said he didn't understand the problem. Later, he understood it and simply acknowledged that there is a problem with the heating system and since it was a weekend, there was no one to fix it. When asked why he did not mention that before I paid, he had no answer for it. I asked him what can be done now because it was clearly not more than 10-12 degrees in the room and I couldn't sleep. His "solution" was to find another hotel!!! In addition to that, he was being rude and sarcastic. The next morning, I talked to the manager - he apologized for the inconvenience and offered us free breakfast.

It was a stop off for Disney. Very convenient location but: -arriving after the parks closed the car park was full -at breakfast there was insufficient plates, bowls etc for all guests which meant I could not eat what I wanted -the bathroom had mould -the shower head bracket was absent, so you had to hold it.

The room was falling apart. AC broken and full of mould. Shower flood bathroom floor. Stains on the sheets. Crazy loud till about 4/5am. Staff made a mistake and charged us for 2 days breakfast when should have been 1 and the staff memeber refused to help and so rude in the process. Happy to take your money but ignored and spoken to terribly for their mistake. Still owed the money and still being ignored. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy

Reasonable price for the service. The hotel is near Disney land and there’re some good restaurants just beside the hotel. My stay was good but I recommend bringing a towel :) all the staff are so polite and friendly and would try their best to help you even if they don’t speak English well. However there is one person in the reception who was so rude with me and entered my room the day of the check out without a permission I think his name was Jack or Jake. You can park your car safely in the parking. Overall I recommend staying there.

When we arrived there were not enough towels and no shampoo/soap. We stayed 3 nights and the room was not made. I understand that during COVID there may be changes in the room-making policy, but we were not told so when checking in. However, when I asked about it the second day in reception they told me I had to request it the day before. The person attending the breakfast area was quite unpolite just because we had not booked our breakfast in advance (although we were told it was OK to decide last minute). Finally, the tub in the room had chipped paint and bits of the tub floor were rusty

We as a family choose this hotel mainly for price, and knew we had booked a budget hotel but it really was only a place to rest our heads at night. We used Uber to get in to Euro Disney and for accessing the train at Val de Europe into Paris. Ideal for anyone who is travelling by car as there is free parking adjacent to the hotel and great road links. Hotel room was spotless, buffet breakfast each morning was lovely and plenty of choice €6 adult and €3 child. Our room had a good size double bed and a bunk bed over the top, tv, chair and desk, bathroom with bath and shower. Towels were provided but we brought our room. Plenty of plugs in the room and you can hire a hair drier for a deposit of €20, retuned when returned hair drier. Check out is 12 noon but you can have late check out til 2pm for €5.Lovely sitting area with tables and chairs, books to read and toys for children. Bar is open 24hours, for hot drinks, beverages and alcohol beverages there is also a vending machine with befit drinks and sweets. I brought my own travel kettle, tea and coffee as there is no facilities in the room. Room was a good temperature and we didn’t need to adjust the air conditioner at all during our stay. Blackout blind on the window is great especially if you wanted to go back to bed after breakfast. All in all a good stay for a family of 3 (2 adults and a teen)

Not far from Disney and close to main routes. Odd location when you first arrive, feels a little uncomfortable going through gated car park but once inside fine. Staff were friendly. Nice and cheap food and beverages. Definitely a budget hotel though.

Truly friendly and helpful staff that knows how to welcome travelers. Simple but clean room, the window could open which was important to me. Excellent breakfast including fresh fruit for a modest price. In about 45 minutes you find yourself in the middle of Paris with RER and subway. The staff at the desk will give you clear directions. Free and secured parking opposite the hotel. All in all I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

The property was clean and situated next to two restaurants and within close proximity to the train system. It is a far ways away from the airport and city so expect to utilize transit. Not a bad price for the facility but it’s not worth it if you’re planning on visiting Paris attractions as a closer hotel would save you both time and money.
